The times that we live in sadden
me. I look all around and everywhere I go or see it is preachers who preach a
false doctrine or mutter small or huge errors against the Word of God. Even
when you see preachers talking of Holiness almost always you hear them
backtrack and say but no one is perfect. Everyone sins every single day. Jesus
said it best in the book of Luke. Luk 18:8 I tell you that he
will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he
find faith on the earth? Jesus wonders if he will find anyone with true
genuine faith when he returns for His people. These words of Christ should
alarm you. They should wake you up and make you think about those around you
who profess to be Christians but in fact may be as blind as the sinners next to
you or worse much worse just like the Pharisees in Jesus day. Thinking they
have God when in reality they are blind to the truth.
False Prophets- You see I live in America and
here in this land there is a famine for the true Word of God. Very few churches
have preachers that will teach and preach the full gospel. Most are in it for
the money or position. They care not for the souls of God’s flock and when push
comes to shove they lead many straight to hell. True prophets and men of God
have a duty to the church and the lost. That is to win souls and lead the
church to bring fruit to perfection. False prophets however cannot help you
bear fruit because they are themselves barren and dead. Wells without water. True
ministers of God lead you to perfection. Death to self where Christ can live
through you and change the world around you. Read below.
Luk 8:14 And that which fell
among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked
with cares and riches and pleasures of this
life, and bring no fruit to perfection.
Heb 13:20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from
the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of
the everlasting covenant,
Heb 13:21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his
will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus
Christ; to whom be glory for ever and
ever. Amen.
Jas_1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
2Ti_3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly
furnished unto all good works.
Php_3:15 Let us
therefore, as many as be perfect,
be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal
even this unto you.
Col_1:28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and
teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
Mat_5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your
Father which is in heaven is perfect.
Luk_6:40 The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his
master.
Joh_17:23 I in them, and thou
in me, that they may be made perfect
in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved
them, as thou hast loved me.
Rev 2:1 Unto the angel of the
church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in
his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
Rev 2:2 I know thy works, and
thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil:
and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast
found them liars:
Rev 2:3 And hast borne, and
hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
Rev 2:4 Nevertheless I have
somewhat against
thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
Rev 2:5 Remember therefore
from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will
come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place,
except thou repent.
Rev 2:6 But this thou hast,
that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
We must overcome all sin lest we perish. It is
time to repent and turn from sin back to Jesus. Go back to your first love. Let
the Holy Spirit be your guide into all truth. I will speak a little more on
this subject tomorrow. May you be found hidden in Jesus on that great day.
Sincerely,
Your brother in Christ Jesus,
James
